I hired Chief Top to do a major reno on my condo. I worked with a designer, who then became my project manager, handling all the details of the complicated project. This approach is much superior to the more traditional process that friends of mine have used, where the client selects an independent designer, and then has to hire and coordinate an army of individual contractors to perform the work. They took care of all of this, and overall did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

They did an outstanding job with our kitchen & bath renovation. Even though we didn't make any structural changes, it transformed our apartment -- very much for the better. The process didn't go perfectly (nothing ever does!) but Knockout was clear and fair throughout. And their warranty is amazing.
